What you need to know.
What does it cost?
There are no fees for butchers. We add $2.00 per kilogram to the amount you receive. This customer processing fee is included in the advertised price.
Where can I join?
We welcome enquiries Australia-wide. Local ordering opens as participating shops become ready. Customers collect from your shop; we do not offer delivery.
How do payouts and notifications work?
We’ll explain the payout schedule, account setup and order notification process during onboarding. These details must be agreed before your shop accepts orders.
What if stock is unavailable?
Keep quantities current and tell us promptly if an order cannot be supplied. Customers should receive a refund for unavailable items. Contact hello@mypetmince.au so we can resolve the order.
What product information do I provide?
Provide a product name, full ingredients, relevant bone and organ content, pack weight, price, storage instructions and collection details. Photos should represent the product you supply.
Set up your shop.
Choose your mince, set the amount you receive per kilogram and enter your daily capacity. We add $2.00/kg to the customer’s price.
