My Pet Mince uses the details you provide to arrange your pet mince order and pickup with your chosen butcher.

Local launch updates

We collect your email, postcode and consent to notify you when local ordering opens. Your postcode helps us understand demand and send relevant launch updates. Email hello@mypetmince.au to leave the list or request deletion. Live registrations are stored in Google Firebase.

Order and contact details

When ordering opens, we collect your name, email address, phone number, items ordered and any pickup notes. Your chosen butcher and authorised platform staff can access your order so they can prepare it and help with enquiries.

Payments

Card payments are handled by Stripe. Card numbers are not stored by this website. Order and payment references are stored in Google Firebase.

Subscriptions

For recurring pickups we store your chosen products, schedule, agreed price, payment consent and Stripe customer and payment references in Firebase. Stripe securely stores your card. Your butcher sees the items and upcoming collections; platform staff can support and cancel future renewals. Keep your private subscription link safe because it allows access to your plan and billing settings.

Finding your butcher

Your selected butcher and postcode are saved in your browser’s local storage along with your bag. We send the postcode and participating shops’ addresses to Google Maps to estimate straight-line distances from the postcode centre. We do not request your device’s precise location. Google’s Privacy Policy applies.

Your bag

Your bag is saved in your browser’s local storage. Contact details are sent when you submit an order, launch registration or butcher enquiry.

Website security

We use Google Firebase App Check and reCAPTCHA Enterprise to help protect ordering, registration and order lookups from abuse. These services process browser and device information for security checks. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

Customer reviews

After collection, you may publish a rating and review as an anonymous verified customer. Your review text, rating and date become public; your name, email and order link do not. Do not include personal information in your review. Authorised platform staff can moderate content under the published review policy.

Butcher enquiries

Details submitted through the partner form are used to contact you about your shop and review your registration.

Optional purchase measurement

When enabled, you can choose whether we share confirmed purchase amounts, a SHA-256 hashed version of your email, browser information and any Facebook ad click identifier with Meta for ad measurement. Hashing does not make the information anonymous to Meta. We do not include card details or private order and subscription links. We save your choice in a first-party cookie for 90 days. Use Purchase measurement preferences at the bottom of any page to withdraw permission for future collection and queued sharing. This does not recall data already sent or stop a request already in flight. Subscription setup and later recurring payments are not reported as new acquisition purchases.
