This tripe option comes from goat stomach tissue and is distinct from our lamb green tripe. Green tripe has a different appearance and aroma from cleaned, bleached tripe sold for people. Ask your butcher about processing and additional ingredients when choosing between them.

STORAGE & HANDLING
Take mince home in a cool bag and refrigerate or freeze promptly according to the butcher’s label. Thaw frozen portions in the fridge in a sealed container, away from food for people. Follow the labelled use-by date and instructions after opening.
